Programming ServicesWe have a professional programming staff with extensive experience creating custom web surveys and scoring programs for multiple-choice and open-ended surveys. Graphic Design ServicesWe design and produce many documents, including both precision-printed scannable and non-scannable surveys and booklets. Project ResourcesWarehouse SpaceARC has a 400,000-cubic-foot facility with secure warehouse space available for storage and archiving of research records as needed. High-volume Mail Distribution and ReceivingWe ship and receive over 1,000,000 surveys and other documents annually. We typically ship and receive via UPS in order to track secure and high-stakes documents and use University of Missouri bulk-mail facilities for large-scale projects. Manual Data EntryWe have 200 stations available for data-entry projects. Printing Facilities On-siteWe share a building with University of Missouri Printing Services, allowing us to easily, affordably, and quickly meet your project printing needs. ScanningARC uses optical mark and image scanning to save you time and money on larger survey projects. We currently have a scanning capacity of up to 38,000 sheets per hour. Web-based Survey AdministrationFor web-based projects, we have an Internet feed via the University of Missouri that connects to multiple top-level providers with a high bandwidth connection, making us an ideal source for large-scale web survey projects. We also offer a secure server and data backup services. Our servers are located within the University of Missouri's data center with enterprise-grade reliability and security, a level of security not offered with most web-based survey options. We also offer SSL encryption for projects that require the collection of sensitive information. |
