We do not accept credit card payments at this time. Please include a Purchase Order number with orders. Once you have printed the form, it may be faxed to 573-882-8937 or mailed to:

Some packages shipped to ARC via the U.S. Postal Service arrive damaged. We recommend that districts use alternate carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL to return tests and surveys to ARC for scoring.
