Current and Past Projects - K-12 ServicesPearsonARC manages a number of projects for Pearson. In the state of Missouri we handle the Stanford Achievement Tests, Tenth Edition (SAT 10) and the Otis-Lennon School Abilities Test, Eighth Edition (OLSAT 8). More than 300 Missouri school districts use these tests to assess achievement and ability in over 300,000 students each year. ARC also handles open-ended scoring for Pearson projects nationally through our in-house Performance Assessment Scoring Center (PASC). ARC provides many assessment services to Pearson, including

In general, for these and other DESE projects, ARC prints and distributes materials, collects and scores forms, and produces reports. For MAP-A, we also conduct portfolio scorer training and scoring sessions involving over 50 educators from around the state. Some of these projects involve collecting data from as many as 100,000 individuals annually. ARC is also involved in the following components of major assessment projects for DESE:
