ARC ResourcesStaff CapabilitiesProject Management and CoordinationWe have dedicated staff experienced in managing and coordinating assessment and major survey projects to ensure that results are delivered in a timely and accurate way. P-20 Assessment ServicesWe have staff with expertise in managing large-scale assessment programs, item and test or survey form development; training material development and delivery, and data interpretation and analysis for assessments in preschool through higher education. Research ServicesWe have staff with expertise in research study design and program evaluation. Our research staff have extensive experience in survey and focus group design, administration/facilitation, analysis, and reporting. Programming ServicesWe have a professional programming staff with extensive experience creating custom web surveys, scoring programs for multiple-choice and open-ended tests and surveys, and developing specialized reports. Graphic Design ServicesWe design and produce many documents, including both precision printed scannable and non-scannable survey and test forms and booklets. Performance Assessment Scoring/Open-Ended RatingWe have experience managing and providing performance assessment scoring responses for large-scale state and national test administrations. We also provide open-ended rating and coding services for large-scale surveys. Scaleable Project ResourcesWarehouse spaceARC has a 400,000-cubic-foot facility with secure warehouse space available for materials. MailingWe ship and receive over 1,000,000 assessments, surveys, and other documents annually. We typically ship and receive via UPS in order to track secure and high-stakes documents and use University of Missouri bulk-mail facilities for large-scale projects. Computer technologyWe have over 200 workstations equipped with proprietary software available for performance assessment scoring, response rating or coding, and data-entry projects. ScanningARC uses optical mark and image scanning to save you time and money on larger survey, research, and assessment projects. We currently have a scanning capacity of up to 38,000 sheets per hour. We process scanned images in house and deliver completed analysis and reports or return scan files to clients for analysis. Web-based survey administrationFor web-based projects, we have an Internet feed via the University of Missouri that connects to multiple top-level providers with a high bandwidth connection, making us an ideal source for large-scale web survey projects. Facility rentalARC expanded in 2007, adding 11,000 sq. ft. that includes 200 networked computer stations with internet access, security for high-stakes projects, configurable room layouts (2 rooms that can accommodate up to 35 computer stations and 8 rooms that can accommodate up to 18 computer stations), dining space, and free parking. This flexible space is available to clients and may be configured to meet specific project and meeting needs. |
